Heros World Technology works with individuals, communities, organisations, and businesses that want to help more people access practical technology education and opportunities.
Through our Partner Programme, approved Partners can refer people to Heros World programmes and earn a commission when qualifying payments are successfully collected.
The standard Partner commission is 10%, with higher rates of up to 20% available for selected partnerships.

Apply
Tell us about yourself, your audience, community, organisation, or network and how you believe you can help Heros World reach more people.

We review your application
We review applications based on the opportunity, your audience or network, your ability to promote Heros World, and the type of partnership being proposed. Submitting an application does not automatically make you a Partner.

Become an approved Partner
If your application is approved, we will provide the appropriate Partner and referral arrangements for your partnership. Your approved commission level will be communicated as part of the partnership.

Refer & Earn
Share Heros World with people who may benefit from our programmes. When an eligible referral makes a qualifying payment, you earn the applicable commission.
What can you earn?
The standard commission for approved Referral Partners is 10% of qualifying payments collected.
For example:

For students paying monthly, qualifying monthly payments can generate commission as they are collected, subject to the Partner Programme terms. For a student who pays the full ₦90,000, the standard 10% commission is ₦9,000. Your actual commission depends on your approved Partner rate and the applicable programme terms.
Partner levels
We work with different types of Partners, from individuals introducing people in their personal networks to organisations bringing significant opportunities. Your commission level is determined by Heros World based on the nature and potential of the partnership.

Community Partner
For approved Partners with an established community, audience, or network and demonstrated ability to create ongoing referrals. This may include community leaders, content creators, educators, group administrators, and other people with meaningful audience reach.
15%
Institutional Partner
For approved Partners bringing institutional or organisational opportunities — schools, companies, churches, NGOs, educational organisations, government-related programmes, and other significant networks. An institutional partnership may qualify based on the nature and value of the opportunity, not simply the number of students involved.
Up to 20%
Strategic Partner
Selected high-value partnerships may qualify for a negotiated commission of up to 20%. Strategic partnerships are considered individually and require Heros World approval.
Higher commission levels are not automatic. The number of people you estimate on your application does not by itself determine your commission rate. Earn up to 20% only where Heros World approves a selected partnership.
Who can become a Partner?
We welcome applications from people and organisations that can genuinely help Heros World reach the right audience.
You may be a:
- Content creator
- Community leader
- Educator or trainer
- WhatsApp or Telegram community administrator
- Social media professional
- Church or community leader
- School or educational organisation
- Company or business
- NGO or community organisation
- Professional with a strong personal network
- Organisation with access to a relevant audience
- Individual with a genuine interest in promoting technology education
You do not need to have thousands of followers to apply. A smaller, relevant and trusted network can be more valuable than a large audience that has no connection to what we offer.
What makes a good Partner?
We are looking for Partners who can genuinely introduce Heros World to people who may benefit from our programmes.
You may be a strong fit if you have:
A relevant audience
People who are interested in technology, digital skills, career development, business, education, or related opportunities.
A trusted community
A WhatsApp group, Telegram community, church, school, professional network, organisation, or other community where you can introduce relevant opportunities.
An ability to create awareness
Through social media, content, direct recommendations, events, communities, or other appropriate channels.
A genuine partnership opportunity
You may have access to a school, company, organisation, institution, or community that could benefit from working with Heros World.
Your audience doesn't have to be huge
We don't expect every Partner to have thousands of followers or students.
What matters is whether you have a real and credible way of reaching people who may benefit from Heros World.
For example, someone with 200 highly engaged people in a relevant community may have a stronger partnership opportunity than someone with 10,000 followers who are not interested in technology education.
When you apply, tell us what you actually have access to and how you intend to use it.
How referrals work
Once you are an approved Partner, you can use the referral arrangements provided by Heros World to introduce people to our programmes.
When someone registers through your referral and makes a qualifying payment, the referral can be attributed to you according to the Partner Programme rules.
For qualifying payments:
- Your approved commission rate is applied.
- Monthly payments can qualify individually as they are collected.
- Full-payment transactions can qualify as a single payment.
- Each qualifying payment is credited according to the applicable Partner Programme terms.
- Commission records are maintained for eligible referrals and payments.
Referral attribution is subject to the programme rules, including the applicable referral window and eligibility requirements.
When do Partners get paid?
Eligible commissions become available according to the Partner Programme's payout rules.
A minimum payout threshold applies before a payout can be requested.
Payouts are processed using the payment information provided and verified through the Partner process.
Full payout details, eligibility requirements, and applicable procedures are provided to approved Partners.
Important things to know
Applying does not automatically make you a Partner
Anyone can apply, but every application is reviewed. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or a particular commission rate.
Higher commission rates are not guaranteed
The standard commission is 10%. Higher levels may be approved where the nature, reach, or value of the partnership justifies it.
Large numbers do not automatically mean a higher rate
If you indicate that you can potentially reach hundreds or thousands of people, we may ask about the basis for that estimate. We value genuine opportunities and credible access over inflated numbers.
Referrals must be genuine
Partners are expected to promote Heros World honestly and appropriately. Do not make misleading claims about our programmes, pricing, earnings, employment opportunities, or guarantees.
Existing students are different from Partner referrals
A person who is already an existing student or customer is not automatically considered a new Partner acquisition. Referral eligibility is determined according to the applicable programme rules.
Refer someone without becoming a Partner
You don't have to become a Partner simply to tell someone about Heros World.
If you know someone who may benefit from our programmes, you can encourage them to register and identify you as the person who referred them where the registration process provides for referral information.
However, being named as a referrer does not automatically create a Partner relationship or guarantee a commission.
If you want to participate formally in the Partner Programme and receive Partner/referral capabilities, you should apply to become an approved Partner.

Referral Terms — a few things to know
Referral link and Referral Code
Share a referral link or your Referral Code. The code is unique to you — it is not a generic promo code.
Example: https://herosworld.org/fullstackdev/?ref=HW12345
In that example, HW12345 is the Referral Code. Someone can also type the code if they cannot open the link.
Clicking a link or entering a Referral Code does not create a reward. A reward is earned only after the referred student’s first qualifying successful payment.
Who can refer
Anyone can become a referrer. Students, alumni, prospective students, and HW Partners.
The simple rules
- Anyone can refer.
- You cannot earn a reward on your own purchase, or on another account that is the same person.
- Failed, abandoned, or cancelled payments produce no reward.
- If a qualifying payment is later refunded or cancelled, the associated reward is reversed or invalidated.
- After the first qualifying successful payment, the referral is locked and cannot be switched.
- Your reward is 10% of the referred student actual payment.
- Rewards accumulate in the Heros World rewards wallet. You can request a payout once your wallet reaches a minimum of ₦2,000.
- The student does not receive an additional referral discount — the programme is already at the published price.
