Refund / Cancellation

Once payment is successfully verified, course access is activated automatically. A cancelled or failed payment does not enrol you and does not create an HW Reward. If a qualifying payment is later refunded or cancelled, any associated HW Reward is reversed or invalidated.

If you need to cancel or discuss a refund

Contact Heros World through Contact or WhatsApp using the number on this site. We will review the request against the payment on your existing Heros World account.

There is no automatic refund and no fixed money-back window advertised on this website. Contact us and we will review your request.

Bank transfer

If you already transferred to the Heros World account shown on Register!, send your receipt to support.
