When you enquire, register interest, or enrol, we ask for details such as your name, email, and phone / WhatsApp number so we can identify you, complete enrolment, and support you.

Where it goes

When you send an enquiry or enrol, your details go to the Heros World team so we can identify you, complete enrolment, and support you. We do not sell your contact details.

Payment is processed by Paystack. Heros World uses the verified payment result to enrol you and open course access for the months you paid.

How we use it

• To match your payment or enquiry to your Heros World account
• To contact you about enrolment, access, and support
• To open course access after a qualifying payment is verified

We do not sell your contact details. Community channels (for example WhatsApp or Telegram) are separate places you may choose to join.

Referral

If you arrive from a referral link, we may remember that referral for a limited time so a referrer reward can be associated when you enrol. Referrer rewards (10% of the amount collected) and wallet payouts: Coming soon. Referred students do not receive a referral discount. We do not share unnecessary personal information about a referrer or a referred student.
